Commission Your Own Portrait Eros has always drawn people - at the bus stops, in the coffee shops, sitting on the bench in the parks. So it was quite natural for him when he began to do commissioned portrait drawings and paintings. Here is Eros describing the process in his own words: "I sit down with the person and we start talking - talking about their feelings, life experiences, their stories. As we do, I begin to draw. It might sound a little strange to say that I clean people through the art, but it's what I do. "I grew up with this. My grandmother was a shaman. My Mom is a shaman, too. They're energy healers. I grew up with people coming to our house to be healed.
